Convert LLC offers two core service lines:

Outsourced Sales Services: Our sales representatives act as an extension of your team, helping product manufacturers like BrainTap and EnergyLounger increase market reach and drive revenue growth.

Consulting for Wellness Clinics: We help wellness clinics optimize their growth strategies through operational consulting, client acquisition systems, and digital strategy.
2. Fulfillment Timeline

Consulting Services: Delivery begins within 5 business days after the client completes onboarding and submits the initial payment.

Sales Services: Our sales team is deployed within 7 business days of contract execution and a completed kick-off session.
Delays caused by incomplete onboarding materials or missed client communications may extend this timeline.
3. Fulfillment Method
Our services are delivered remotely via:

Scheduled video consultations and strategy sessions

Weekly or bi-weekly performance reports

Email communication and documentation

CRM access and sales dashboards (where applicable)
All deliverables are tailored to your service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely service fulfillment, clients are expected to:

Attend scheduled meetings and respond to communication in a timely manner

Grant access to relevant platforms and assets (e.g., CRM, brand materials)
5. Cancellations and Refunds
We strive to deliver results and maintain flexible service terms:

Clients may cancel their service agreement with 14 days’ written notice.

Refunds for unused services may be issued at Convert’s discretion and only if prepaid services were not rendered.

No refunds will be issued for completed consulting sessions or active sales periods already delivered.
